Help getting Sky broadband working

Latest word from Sky this morning is that there is a problem at the BT
exchange, which BT are working on, and they don't know when it will be
fixed. When I asked if this had been the problem all week, or had
just started this morning, they didn't know.

So I just have to keep waiting...
