help with finding ipx protocol for 98SE

hey,
i need to install ipx protocol support on my Windows 98
Second Edition machine to run C&C: Red Alert 2. Problem
is, i dont have the windows 98 cd, as the fine folks at
sony screwed me out of a few bucks worth of software.
some advice on where to find this software would be
appreciated.
