Greetings Ajay,
There are three common causes for your error:
1. User changed their domain password and either
a: was in a remote session
b: had network shares / programs open at the time
Relogging into the computer will recycle the NTLM token
2. User is using their connect domain username however they are entering an
invalid password. Depending on the Domain's lockout policy the user will be
locked out of their account until X time has lifted or the domain admin
unlocks the account. Default lockout is 3 attempts.
3. Invalid DNS entry on your server for you client machine and client IP
address. You can use Netdiag.exe to help troubleshoot / diagnose these
errors.
Hope this helps,
