HELP!

I have a dhcp server on Server 2003 assigning ip address
and basic options such as dns name, dns server address.
All of the clients are xp sp2 and can get ip address and
options from the dhcp server without any problem but after
a while, say 30 minutes, the dns server address on the
client will be changed automatically to different ones. I
have the other dhcp server (not belonging to our domain)
that I don't have access with. Any thought? Thx!

What does that mean? Do you have two DHCP servers on your network? Whose is
the other?

As you have noticed,...you can not run two on the same network in this
manner. If you have no control over the other DHCP then you are screwed and
the other DHCP "owns" the network and who ever controls it controls what
addresses you receive. That's the way it is.
