help computer (notebook) cannot access internet

Hi ,
Hope some one here can help.

I have two computers , computerA (notebook computer) and computerB (PC)
connected together by wireless modem and router. ComputerB is connected by
an Ethernet wire to the router. ComputerA communicates with the router by
wireless means. The OSes are Windows98SE.

The two computers are in local area network, and they communicate
excellently.

ComputerB can access the internet, but not computerA. Until a few days ago
computerA can access the internet, surf the net, get e-mail and even wander
into newsgroups. Now it can't do any of these. The greatest problem is that
computerA belongs to my wife who uses it for e-learning.

(Tried reading the books, but boy aren't they voluminous! Windows98 books
don't seem to have wireless network!)
