Is there anyone out there that could help me with a project that has
been dumped on me.

I have 2 METAL buildings 150 feet apart and am told I should run CAT 5
then change to fiber to insulate the buildings from each other
electrically.

How, and also important, what pieces of hardware Brands, models you
may have used in such a project. Any recommendations other than than
this plan would be helpful too.

Help!

I am an electrician and need the help at my Wifes place of biz to help
them out.

Regards

Rick
