Hello... when networking two computers I was able to see all of my sisters
files, and mistakenly deleted a couple important ones (apparently she had
given me read and write access to everything) The files were not only deleted
from my networking folder, but were also wiped from her computer!
These deleted files did not show up in my recycle, nor hers. Could they have
disappearred into thin air because we were live networking? Is there anywhere
I can look for them/anything to do to possibly recover them?
Thanks for any help.

If they were important, then your sister can restore them from backup.
Otherwise, they are gone unless you run data recovery software on your
sister's hard drive.

If she does nothing further on that machine there is a good chance of
retrieving the files. I use Easy Recovery Pro, but that is expensive.
Here are some alternatives:

Executive Software “Undelete” -

Ontrack's EasyRecovery - http://www.ontrack.com/software/
