Hi all,

I am running a server on XP with one nic connecting to my modem and two
other cards connecting to my main PC and Laptop.

Every time I reboot my server I have to run the network wizard and
everything is fine. Has anyone any ideas why the server "forgets" the
settings after restarting? I have setup a similar connection on a mates PC
and his works OK after reboot.

Please help as it is a pain having to explain to my wife that she can't
check email after a power cut :-(

Thanks

Dooey.

firstly check the installer has admin rights
then check event viewer to see why it is not remembering it.
there should be several entries
