If you are trying to reach services behind a forwarded port using your
external ip from within your own network, it will fail because of the lack
of loopback support in the current firmware of the MN700.

This is a feature that should be included in the next firmware update when
it is released.

So I cant open up ports like 32 or something so that I
can run my ftp? Or I cant forward port 113 so I can get
on some other sites?

No.

What Jason is saying is that computers behind your MN-700 can NOT Browse
to the WAN IP address of the MN-700 as that is a feature the MN-700
doesn't support.

You can enable persistent port forwarding and people who are not behind
your MN-700 can access it without any problems.]

If you need to access a computer behind the MN-700 use the local IP
address of that computer.
