Oh I forgot Tiscali traffic shaping has been known to totally block
Usenet access for hours and hours at a time. The average text
posting is 2KB. You must really struggle to get your crappy
Tiscali TV through to your customers if you need to trade bandwidth
with our frugal 2KB posts.

Tiscali will not benefit by you posting spam to Usenet, quite
the contrary, and I suspect you don't have authority to do
this, it is well known that Tiscali like discussion of
this kind to be conducted in their own web forums where
the inevitable negative comments don't get a wide audience.
