Have Netgear stopped creating firmware updates

Have Netgear stopped doing firmware updates. I'm looking for an update to
the WGR614v1, as it keeps freezing if a lot of data is sent via the wireless
connecion.

Whilst looking for new firmware on the site i noticed that no firmare from
any of the common routers has been updates since june

'Tis true, nothing new for ages!
Although have to say my DG834G has been much better on v1.05.00. No more WAN
hangs....
