I have similar probs with connection speeds. I used to run a DG834G and
managed to keep 54mbps or 48mbps all the time. Due to changes in
circumstances, I now have a DLink DWL2000 as the wireless access point,
which is a 54mbps unit, but I can only get it to work at 12mbps most of the
time. It starts off at 54mbps, but *quickly* falls to 11-12mbps. I'd
really like to know why the speed wont hold up, as the units in question are
very close, and full 100 percent signal strength...
