hashing filters and traffic management

Hello all

Is there possible to do hashing filters for class A based network ???


I have users in my network with addresses from A class like:

10.4.120.0/24 section 1 200users
10.6.42.0/24 section 2 155users
10.6.44.0/24 section 3 140users
10.6.50.0/24 section 4 211users
10.1.10.0/24 section 5 198users
10.1.13.0/24 section 6 50users
10.69.1.0/24 section 7 13users
10.7.75.0/24 section 8 79users
10.7.79.0/24 section 9 215users
10.9.48.0/24 section 10 218users
10.9.50.0/24 section 11 240users
10.2.1.0/24 section 12 102users
*
and many other

So question is: How to make hashing filters for them .... ??

Is this is possible ??
