Hardware router - Ports routing

Need help to clear a mental block re: 2 HTTP programs (same PC) serving on different ports LAN side, same port out WAN side:

Program A - HTTP web server TCP setup on port 80
Program B - HTTP web server TCP setup on port 8090

Router set up as follows:
For A - TCP in port 80, TCP out port 80
For B - TCP in port 8090, TCP out port 80

Would this same port out work without mixup?

Not unless there are on different IP addresses on the WAN side, as the
router would not know which port to send requests to.
