hardware for debian NAT router

I'm setting up a debian router for a LAN with 4 users to share a DSL
connection (IPMASQ). Also running a webserver and file server on this
LAN with a moderate/small amount of traffic. I'm wondering what's
important in terms of hardware (processor intensive, RAM not so
important?), and also what a good starting point for hardware would be
(333mhz w/64MB RAM enough?). Thanks,

YES, good enough

my router box is a p2 233 with 128mb ram and 1.2gb hdd. I just upgraded
the ram from 32.
