hang up during logoff

when i try to logoff the network, it will hang up the
system?? Why?? Need some help on this, thanks.

What exactly do you mean with "hang up the system"?
- Does the modem hang up?
- Does your system become non-responsive?
- Does the mouse pointer freeze on the screen?
- Can you toggle the CapsLock light?
- What happens when you press Ctrl+Alt+Del?
