I first tested RaLink's own software+drivers. But RaLink software's think
that "returned" data from Zyxel was corrupted. Then I made backup from driver
files and removed software. And after that I installed only drivers (RaLink's
don't give only drivers, so when you must install software and also when you
uninstall drivers are removed also!!!!). And they worked, but same way (10
min wait before network was available). After that I installed Microsoft
drivers from WindowsUpdate also there was 10min wait.
I think that I fix it. (but i don't know how this fix it)
Drivers Advanced setting in Hardware:
Fragmentation Threshold: 2347 -> 2336
RTS Threshold: 2347 -> 2240
Also I write SSID name into advanced setting (but before that "looking up
WLAN"/"handshake" was faster)....
