Handheld Application - Need Solution

I have a data acquisition application that runs over the Internet, and I
want it to be able to run it on a PocketPC device wirelessly. This
Pocket PC device would be carried to customer sites where it would
connect wirelessly to the Internet to run the application. Since it is
unlikely I could put a wireless router in each customer location, using
the customer's Internet connection, I need the Pocket PC device to
connect to the Internet via a cellular data connection such as Verizon
either directly or through a gateway device. Anyone have an idea on how
to do this?

TIA,
Dan

Many high end pda / cell phones that have entered the market allow you to
access the internet over a cell phone network. Most current ones on the
market run pocket pc 2003 so your application should work.

Alternativley, the cheaper way in some cases is to buy a GSM or GPRS network
card for your pda. This would be inserted into the compact flash slot and
will connect to your cell phone providers network.
I do know that the HP / Compaq Ipaq series dont use the compact flash method
but have a slip on cover that has the extra hardware built into the cover.
