Half problem sharing disc

Hi, my problems >
When I used Net use \\pcname\sharedisc its err, access denied, system error 5.
When I used Net use \\x.x.x.x\sharedisc, its ok.
x.x.x.x is ip address
Ping pcname and ping ipaddress its ok.

Both pcs is Win2k servers, or Win XP.
Both is from domain AD.
Both on the same LAN.

Help me, please <
