Not technically, but I have the other 4 series on DVD, and when it finally
gets released here I will buy series 5. Untill then, I think it is morally,
if not legally OK for me to download them.

I kinda agree, Media companies need to get their product to market
quicker. Long gone are the days where they can release a DVD or TV
series in 1 region and then wait 6 months before releasing in another
region. If they want people to buy their good, they need simultanious
global release schedules..

It seems only reasonable that you should pay more then, so that the
rest of us aren't subsidising you.

It's got sod all to do with legal crap it's about paying for what you use.
If he wants an illegal advance copy of Soprano's then fine but don't expect
me to pay for it in line with other users. I haven't got an issue with
anyone downloading legal, illegal copyright material but I have an issue
with my ISP charging me £30 a month if others want the Soprano's that would
otherwise mean it could only cost me £20 a month and them £35.

But is it morally right to massively exceed your fair share of what is
probably a 50:1 contended connection?
