GURU GWART2-54125 Router config

I am with Talktalk ISP and their supplied D-Link router 2780 gives me
a down line speed of 18881 at a margin of 6.0db
Due to a high errors problem, I have tried another router, the GURU
GWART2-54125 which will do ASDL2+ up to 25 meg, but this only connects
at a down line speed of 14120
I do not have a manual for this router, and hope somebody can advise
me on the config settings to get a line speed similar to the D-Link
router. I cannot find any documentaion on the web.
