I have a self-hosted WCF client/server application that I want to test
on Vista and Server 2008 with SSL certificates.

On XP and Server 2003, it's simple: use httpcfg to put the SSL
certificates on particular ports, specifying the IP address, the ports
and the certificates' hashes/thumbprint. Done.

But on Server 2008 and Vista I have to use netsh and it requires a
GUID for the "appid" ... ok, so how do I find the GUID I should be
using?
