Re Mandrake 10 kernel 2.6.3

I.ve installed guarddog 2.3.2, which temporarily cut me
of from Mail and some web sites- so it works :-)

The GRC site shows all ports closed but not stealthed and the
Guarddog manual is not verbose on ports or stealth.

Can all ports be stealthed and how?
