You mean you just want a second DC? Just build a new machine up and join it
to the domain as a member. Remember to install DNS on it along the way (it
doens't need configured, it just needs to be there). Then run DCPromo.exe to
promote it to a DC of "and existing domain".
Then in the Network settings of both DCs make shure that each one lists both
themselves and each other in the DNS settings. Client machines should also
list both DCs in thier DNS settings as well. Make sure you have the same
Forwarders listed in both DCs.
