Group Policy Setting Issue

Hi, I was recently doing some work with Group Policy Settings. I attempted
to remove all changes I made, but after doing so, I noticed that at some
workstations, certain items are locked in User Rights Assignment. In
particular, "Impersonate a client after authentication". I have verified
that there are no policies defined for this key, yet I am still unable to
modify it locally.

Can you clarify what you mean by "unable to modify"? Do you mean that if you
change it, it gets changed back? Or that you are blocked from changing it?
