Nope.
It is per server mode, for 25 . And we are only 9 people and 2 devices.
At other installation it gave prompts well before reaching the max.

I think around 22 connections it gave prompt 'nearing per server licencse'
Any way, it's nothing do with the licensing that I know. Why a product will
deny access to sysvol to the Administrator, but allow access to every tom
dick and harry, when it's indeed required that the Administrator should now
be adding new additionally purchased license?
