Group Policy Management

Hello

I have a Windows 2003 Server with a network of appx 100 pc's in the domain.
Im attempting to alter a Windows Firewall policy in the Group Policy
Management on the Server. Once I have defined the policy, the machiens in
the domain do not inherit the change even after a reboot. When I use the
gpedit.msc on any machine on the network, I can see that the changes have
not been applied from the domain controller.

The Domain Controller has service pack 1 installed and all networked
computers have service pack 2 with latest updates.

Can anyone assist here?

Do you have other group policies applying successfully?

Are the permissions on the GPO setup correctly?
