greyed out network device

I have two computers on my network one is direct wired to
the MN-500 and the other is connected via MN-510 wireless
adapter. The computer that is hooked up via the wireless
is greyed out. I can acess files from the greyed out
computer to the wired computer, but I can not access
files from the wired computer to the one using wireless
adapter.Please help
