Grep Outlook mail subject for a particular line through Linux

Hello,

I have mail configured on outlook exchange server. I need to run a
script on Linux as soon as a mail with a particular subject comes.

So is there anyway by which I can grep for a particular line in the
incoming mails & if match occurs I can initiate the script

programming languages.

I want to process mails directly from outlook exchange server.
I dont use linux for accessing my mails
Only in one script automation I need to look for a particular mail, So
procmail may not be useful.
