I have a problem in my network where my Domain Naming master crashed and I can't get it back online again.
So, I'm trying to seize control of it but the AD that I try to do it from complains that only Global Catalog servers
can have this role....and it is configured as a Global Catalog server. But appearently it's not publishing itself as
a Global Catalog server. So I need help figuring out how I can get at least one global catalog server to function
properly so I can seize control of my Domain Naming master.

Any ideas out there?

Thanks,

Mike
