Gig Network Cards that do IPSec Hardware Offloading?

Are there any Gigabit Server Network Cards that have signed/certified
drivers for Windows 2003 AND do IPSec/encryption _hardware offloading_?
Something like the Intel Pro 100S - but with Gigabit speeds. Thanks!
