hello community
after 'round 10hrs of googling, try & fail and registry tweaking i came
across this KB article:
http://support.microsoft.com/default...b/875501/en-us
it seems to describe my problem: after 1-2min of successfull vpn connection
(w2k3sp1 being the vpn client), the vpn connection stops accepting any data
(not even ping works) for around 1min until it resumes working. no way one
can work like his.
unfortunately, the hotfix kb875501 seems only available upon request. a
request means: phone inqury, which costs around 400$ / call (!!). i just
can't afford this amount of money to fix something i didn't break. is there
another way to get ahold of this hotfix.
if i can't get my vpn to work again i'll have to go back to pre-sp1 - a very
unpleasant thought :-(
