On Windows XP Pro SP1 running on Laptop. Have not been
able to browse the LAN on a peer-to-peer network.
Other "wired" PCs can see the laptop but when I click on
My network Places>view workgroup computers on the laptop,
I get error message "Workgroup is not accesible... the
network name cannot be found." Well, that is a bunch of
boloni because it is there and other win xp wired boxes
can see he laptop. I am using default settings as far as
128 bit WEP, etc on yhr MN- 720. My lan is a cable modem
connected to the MN-720 acting as a router/DHCP server
and 3 other clients. I can ping any client in he lan from
laptop and tcp/ip settings are correct as they come from
the MN-720. Anyone?
