General protection fault message

PLease direct me to the correct forum if this is not it.
Here is my error message. It is an IBM 600 laptop running
98SE with office 95 application. It is on a home network.
I get it with all applications not just WORD and the
screen freezes if I am trying to access the network
printer. I find nothing on Google to help me.
WINWORD caused a general protection fault
in module HPZ9XD05.DRV at 0001:0000db72.

Remove and reinstall your HP printer drivers. Make sure you have the latest
version of the drivers available.
