Gateway Services for NetWare in Windows 2003???

I run a mixed Novell/Microsoft environment and use Gateway Services for
NetWare on a few Windows 2000 servers. I need you help with: What's the best
way to maintain the connected shares between these environments while
removing IPX completely from my network? Also, how can I provide these
gateway shares if I upgrade the old Windows 2000 servers to a new Windows
2003 server?
