garbled screen

Hello there,

It seems taht ever since I installed the MN-510 Wireless
USB receiver, I receive many jumbled pages. I logged on to
figure out another problem... why I constantly get
notifications of updates which do not appear to be
applicable... for the MN 500 base station which is not
attached to this machine.... when I see :-
