Gamertag

After you set up your XBox Live account, is there any way
to change your gamertag. I lost my subscription code and
I'm afraid to try to create a new account or delete the
old one because then I may lose Live altogether. So is
there a way to change the gamertag and not lose my
account?

No, there isn't, short of letting your subscription run out and starting a
new one. You should check the Xbox Live! website which has the information
in the FAQ.
