09 February 2005, London - Freedom2Surf, (www.freedom2surf.net) one of the
UK's leading independent ISPs, has today launched Connect Plus, a 2Mb
broadband package with a huge 50GB capacity allowance. Freedom2Surf has also
doubled the monthly capacity allowance of its Connect broadband packages,
offering customers even more value for money.

Freedom2Surf Connect packages, which all have connection speeds up to 2Mb,
are now available for £14.99, with a 2GB cap (previously 1GB) and for £19.99
with a 10GB cap (previously 5GB), and for £24.99 with a 50GB cap.

Freedom2Surf has been at the forefront of the recent trend of falling
broadband prices and these changes make Freedom2Surf Connect among the best
value broadband services available. The new packages combine connection
speeds of up to 2Mb, which is forty times faster than dial-up, with a range
of large capacity options which allow users to experience everything
broadband has to offer.

As an added bonus to existing Freedom2Surf customers wishing to take
advantage of these great new broadband packages, Freedom2Surf are offering
free re-grades until March 31 2005. This means that current Freedom2Surf
customers who have previously paid the activation fee or have been with f2s
for over 12 months can switch to new packages for free.

Chris Panayis, managing director of Freedom2Surf, commented: "More and more
people are beginning to use the internet to watch video and download music
and Freedom2Surf want to provide customers with a choice of affordable
packages that allow people the flexibility to do more with broadband. The
fact that all our Connect packages have connection speeds up to 2Mb means
that this is very much a reality for our customers."

"BT's recent announcement has allowed Freedom2Surf to make these changes,
and we will be provisioning broadband using IPStream, Datastream and LLU,
depending on whichever technology is best for customers in their particular
location".

Freedom2Surf customers can monitor the level of data usage through the
members area on the Freedom2Surf website. They also have the option of
purchasing an extra 1GB traffic allowance for just £1.50 per month, allowing
users extra capacity to download a movie or a large programme, for example.
Both packages include 20 email addresses and 50MB of webspace.
