funny linksys firmware rev/dates on WRT54G

I periodically check www.linksys.com for firmware updates on my WRT54G v3.

Currently I have v4.30.5, Apr. 27, 2006.

Looking at the current firmware at linksys, they show the latest as:
4.21.1 1/30/2007

Checking the information on the firware history you see that 4.30.5
never seemed to exist.

Any ideas as to what is going on?

For our casual wireless news readers 4.21.1 IS NEWER than 4.30.5. Go figure.
