Full Trust relationship with NT 4.0 Domains!

I am installing a new domain, D1 and it is Windows 2003
base. We also have three other domains NTD1, NTD2 and
NTD3.

My goal is to get rid of all of the NTDs and have only the
D! available. I will do this in phases. For our current
phase I would like for all of the Domains to be able to
trust both ways. Right now all of the NTDs trust each
other.

Question: How do I create a full trust relationships
between a 2003 domain and a couple of NT 4.0 domains?

Please respond with any suggestion or comments you may
have.

Thank you!

Hi,

Here is step by step guide:

How To Establish Trusts with a Windows NT-Based Domain in Windows Server
2003
http://support.microsoft.com/default...uct=winsvr2003

I hope it helps,

Thank you for responding and for the quality of
information.

My problem is from the NT domain controller. I go into
the Trust relationship and under the "Trusted Domains" I
try to add the 2003 domain "DRi1" After I provide the
Domain and password I get the following message:

User Manager for Domains
Could not find domain controller for this domain.

When I do the same at the "Trusting Domains" I get no
errors.

Please let me know what I may be able to do in this case.
