I have a 25bit subnet 10.160.16.0-128 and it is currently running out of
space. How do I extend this subnet to the full range without have to having
to change my router etc. Could I use superscopes for expanding to a new
subnet?

I aim is to have minimal downtime while making this change

Thanks,

You can't, Superscopes will just hand out address that won't get you
anywhere. You need to change the subnet mask or add another subnet.

Use a 24bit mask and, yes, you will reconfigure the router.

Won't happen. Minimal downtime in this case means comming in on the week
end when no one else is there. You will also have to reconfigure all the
statically assigned machines since DHCP won't cover them.
