FTP setup question

I have a new 2003 server that needs to have FTP setup and I can't for the
life of figure out how to do it. I have IIS loaded but FTP is not an option.
HELP!

In Internet Services Manager, do you see a sub-tree titled "FTP Sites"?
Under that should be your default FTP site. Is that there?

The FTP service isn't installed by default with IIS you have to add it. Go
back to ADD REMOVE, and in the IIS field click details and then you will see
it.
