ftp daemon recomendations please

Hiya,
I am looking to replace our current ftpdaemon (proftpd 1.2.5) with
something else.

The requirements I need are:

Debian package (preferably)

SQL authentication
Per user quotas
and maximum file size limiting.

I know proftpd 1.2.7+ supports this, but there seems to be some broken
ness in mod_sql as it is segfaulting quite a lot in both 1.2.7 and 1.2.9.

Pure looked perfect except for the lack of file size limiting.
