Freeserve/Wanadoo 1meg

Ive just upgraded from the 512k to the 1meg connection with them (always had
good reliable service even if CS is shocking), and just wanted to know how
do they make it 1meg is it a different card in my local BT exchange or what
?!

AFAIK it just means BT making a change to the DSLAM configuration for your
line.
