Do you have to pay for the connection/modem/filters if you keep
the service ?
Not explained at all well.

Cheers.

No to all the above!

Your have to RETURN the modem and filters. Freeserve absorb the connection
charge and any line rental costs if you cancel within the appropriate period.

Misread the question last time! The connection is free. You keep the modem
and filters on loan whilst you keep the Freeserve service. They only want
them back if and when you eventually cancel.

Hi,

You might have problems leaving Freeserve.
See http://bbs.adslguide.org.uk/postlist...oard=freeserve

I cancelled my trial 10 days ago. Still waiting to be disconnected.
