as above please

my mate is after a free email account were you can send attachments like
10mb or over or below and doesnt want spam every minute please

and have to be relaible

Gmail offers free POP3 collection.

AFAIAA, Most webmail providers have a limit on attachments set less than
10MB. They could use www.yousendit.com to send larger attachments.. You
can specify the address you'd like in the From: field.

Gmail has POP/SMTP access with a 10MB attachment limit. And the spam
filtering is pretty good too; most of the spam I get is from the address
I use here, very little to my actual gmail address.
