I reported them to their ISP - as with all of these juiceboosted people.
Couldn't report them to juiceboosted this time as the website is down
'for five days'....

Hmmm.

Reporting them to themselves (juiceboosted) is a waste of time.
Spamhaus has them on its ROKSO list (ie professional Spam operations)

The site is hosted in China and the Chinese telecoms are notoriously
disinterested:

I have not found this to be the case, in fact every country now seems to
be taking spam seriously.

Try saying that in news.admin.net-abuse.email and listen to the sound of
everyone rolling on the floor laughing their heads off.

For a list of chinese ISP's, many of them Chinanet ones, on the Spam
Block lists have a look at
http://www.spamhaus.org/sbl/isp_list...?country=China.

It includes chinanet-cq and chinanet-gd which are the 4th and 5th worst
hosts of spam sites.

On the bright side, the chinese can take a particularly hard line when
they want to clamp down on something, and charge the relatives for the
cost of the bullet used to dispatch the offenders :-p

But clamping down on anything that causes annoyance and disruption to
the West isn't high on their list of priorities.

The one I liked which apparently worked quite well was responding to the
webmaster with an e-mail along the lines of "The Falun Gong thank you
for your message of support" ;-)
