If anyone can seem to answer my question, I will be eternally grateful.

We have recently configured 4 web servers running apache behind a foundry
serveriron 16 port load balancer. Everything is working great but one small
problem. Many of our http and ssl scripts all call for the client's ip in
order for it to mark their visit and service their application upgrades.
Since I have 3 of the 4 servers on VIPs, visable to the load balancer, the
traffic is appearing to come from the load balancer's virtual ip, rather
then the end client's ip. Does anyone have any ideas on how to make this
properly pass the client's ip through to the web server rather then the
virtual IP that the load balancer is using to access the server's virtual
ip?

I cannot even get this phrased properly enough to do a good web search on.
Ugh!

Thanks!
Ben
