Found a wireless network

What would be the nicest way to inform the owner of a poorly secured
wireless network of their mistake? Found the networks in question by
accident whilst configuring a new laptop for a client in a shared office
building, basically XP popped up a nice window telling me it had found
two wireless networks and asked would I like to join them.
Unfortunately, my client doesn't own either of them.
The owner of the wireless network will almost definitely have sensitive
data on their servers given the nature of their business so I feel it's
only right to let them know that their network is at the very least
visible.

Could you actually connect to them or did you just pick up the SSID? I
broadcast my SSID but you'll have a damned hard time getting on my
netowrk though.

Find if there's a printer attached to their network. If yes, print out a
Word document telling them of the need to employ security procedures.

If it's genuinely unsecured , i.e. you can connect and browse the network
then go round and speak to them in person pointing out their problem and
offering to fix it for a fee.

If all that happens is that you can see the SSID then this isn't necessarily
a security problem

It would be a shame to turn down a bit of extra cash for an easy job :0)
