When w2k3 receives the 2121 port (receiving fine) request, it must forward
to 80... Is possible or not doing native port forwards on w2k3?

I need to open the port to my customers access my server outside and see my
web app... but I think my isp blocks default ports like 80

Any examples?

Why don't you change the listening port of your web app to 2121 ?
